Free shipping

Yes! All Cavalier Lighting LED products and accessories come with free shipping.  In addition, if you are returning your product under a warranty claim, return shipping is also free.  

*Free shipping is for addresses that are in the lower 48 US states.  If you live outside the lower 48 US states, you will be provided with shipping costs at checkout.

If you ordered more than one item, we may send them to you in separate boxes to give you the speediest service. Rest assured, this will not affect your shipping charges. 

Return Policy

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of purchase.  During the holidays, November 1st-December 31st, our return window is extended until January 31st.  

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our LED lights, simply return the product, and as soon as we receive it, we'll process a refund for the product price.  This is a period for you to evaluate the lights by simply plugging them in and testing that they will meet your needs, they should not be installed. To qualify for this return, the lights must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in original packaging and properly packaged (do not write on the box)
  • Must include all parts and hardware received with your original shipment
  • Must be unused and have no signs of usage

You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. 

If items are returned without original packaging, hardware, wiring, or any other necessary parts for operation or installation, a minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied as well as any costs of damaged or missing parts. Products that have been installed or show visible use do not qualify for a return.

Unpacking & Installation

Prior to fully installing your lights, test your light by connecting it to your battery (red to positive, black to negative). This test will ensure your light was not damaged during shipment and that you have the correct wire harness/light combination. It will also clarify the function of each of the harness components.

Make sure to check that the point you intend to mount your lightbar to is going to work. In most cases we provide universal brackets with our lights, but they may not be sufficient to achieve a "bolt-on" installation for your specific make and model. Cavalier Lighting, and other providers, sell brackets that are "bolt on" for many different vehicle makes and models, these brackets may be necessary if you would like to achieve a "bolt-on" install. While Cavalier Lighting can provide wiring diagrams and install ideas/advice, Cavalier Lighting is not an installer. There are many installers available in our Dealer Locator.

These are basic details for how the installation process will go.

  1. Disconnect the battery from the light you were testing and you're ready to start installation.
  2. Identify the mounting point for your light and run the wires.
  3. Mount your light.
  4. Connect the light to the harness.
  5. If installing switches, run the switches through the firewall to the desired location.
  6. Connect the wiring harness back to the battery. That's it!

Our Lifetime Warranty

Because we are confident in the quality of our products, we provide a lifetime warranty to protect against manufacturing defects. Continue reading for details on our lifetime warranty.

Our products that say "Lifetime Warranty" in the product description are covered from material & manufacturing defects that impact the function of the light, for the life of the original purchaser. All Cavalier Lighting branded products are covered under this warranty. Other manufacturers products purchased through Cavalier Lighting are subject to parent companies warranty guidelines.

This warranty does not cover any damage, malfunction, or failure resulting from improper or incorrect installation. Cavalier Lighting LLC shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including labor costs and damage to vehicle due to improper installation.

This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damages, disassembly, unauthorized repair or attempt, modification of the product, or damage due to abusive use. Disassembly includes unscrewing parts of the light bar, the light bars are treated for protection from water and by disassembling you may damage the bar. If for any reason you need to disassemble the bar, contact us first to confirm it will not damage anything. Simply contact us, and we will arrange to either fix or replace the light, if available, or we will provide a credit or refund your order.

Material or Manufacturer Defects 

We have found that a product with a manufacturing or material defect will usually fail within the first couple of uses. These products are generally found to be in mostly new condition with light signs of use. It is very unlikely for a defective product to last for an extended amount of time. Most products returned after months or years of use are commonly found to be not a manufacturer defect, but the result of normal wear and tear issues, which are not considered to be a defect in materials or manufacturing. Extreme LED has the sole discretion of determining the validity of warranty claims. 

Clearance Products 

Our clearance products are covered from material or manufacturer defects, impacting the function of the light, for 6 months from the date the product was shipped. If your product is determined to be defective, we will either replace, repair, or issue credit for the product. All sales are final on clearance products.
